KEEP IN MIND

While you're working out:

  • Mirror the teacher's movement.

  • Clear enough space so you can workout without bumping into anything.

  • Listen to your body and modify the movements as needed.

  • Drink lots of water

  • Have fun!

 

If you're new to working out, start slow and concentrate on your form. Slowly build up your strength and endurance.
