Tangram

Tangram

Solve Tangram puzzles by arranging seven flat, geometric shapes into a given form. It's believed that this type of puzzle originated in China and was brought to Europe by way of trade routes in the early 19th century.

Tangram puzzles have seven pieces (also called tans) that are created from one large square—two large triangles, one medium-sized triangle, two small triangles, one square, and one parallelogram. To solve a Tangram puzzle, you combine the seven pieces to form the given shape in a way that they touch without overlapping. Have fun taping into your imagination and creativity as you solve these puzzles!
